St John AmbulanceRun the world’s largest half marathon for St John Ambulance and you will help to make a real difference to our life saving work. Not only are we a regular sight at football matches, village fetes and sporting events we also support local communities by providing care projects such as breakfast clubs for children and mobile health units for the homeless.
